Customer Care

TREA has a Customer Care Service to address any complaints or claims that clients may wish to bring in relation to the service received.

Clients wishing to do so should fill out the Trea Capital Partners Contact Form or Trea Asset Management Contact Form available on this website and present it (either in person or through their legal representative) at either one of our offices in person (or by ordinary mail) along with their identity document (Spanish DNI or passport for natural persons or public registry information for companies) or through the following email addresses: for communications addressed to Trea Capital Partners, and for communications addressed to Trea Asset Management.

Clients should also remember to bring any documentary proof they may have supporting their claim or complaint.
